Delivery options

Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. Where tracking is available, this will be included in your dispatch information.

RETURNS

Changed your mind?

If you wish to return an eligible order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Products should be unopened, unused, in their original condition and with the safety seal intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food supplements once the safety seal has been broken, except where the product is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund after it has been processed.

Where a return is made because you changed your mind, return postage may be your responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions.

Subscribe & Save

The planned Subscribe & Save option provides 10% off Women’s Balance with delivery every 30 days. Subscription management, including available skip, pause or cancellation options, will be shown through your customer subscription account once the service is enabled.
