THE STORY BEHIND EVELUA

Wellbeing that began with skin.

Evelua began with a familiar frustration: skin that could feel calm one week and suddenly congested, blemish-prone or dull the next. The more products and steps I added, the more complicated everything seemed to become.

From skincare frustration to a wider view

For a long time I treated every breakout as a skincare problem. I changed cleansers, serums and routines, but I gradually noticed that my skin did not seem to exist in isolation. Some of the changes I saw in my skin seemed to sit alongside different points in the month, stress, sleep and the way I felt day to day.

That was what pushed me to look beyond the bathroom shelf and think more carefully about hormonal activity, nutrition and the wider routines that can shape women’s wellbeing. I was not looking for a miracle acne supplement or a quick fix. I wanted something simpler and more considered: a daily routine built around nutrients with recognised roles in the body, alongside carefully selected botanical ingredients.

That thinking became the foundation for Women’s Balance. Vitamin B6 is included because it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, while vitamin B6 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Why Evelua

Evelua was created around the belief that looking after yourself should feel considered, not complicated. I wanted a brand that felt calm, transparent and easy to trust — from the way a product is formulated to the way its ingredients are explained.

That is also why Evelua does not promise miracles. Skin, energy, mood and everyday wellbeing are personal, and no single product can replace a balanced lifestyle or professional advice when it is needed. What we can do is make thoughtful daily choices easier and explain clearly what each ingredient is there to do.

Our first chapter: Women’s Balance

Women’s Balance is the first expression of that approach: a once-daily food supplement combining carefully selected vitamins, minerals and botanical extracts in one simple capsule. The focus is on clear information, considered formulation and ingredients chosen with purpose.

It is not a skincare treatment and it is not designed to make unrealistic promises. It is one part of a wider approach to feeling more balanced, more informed and more like yourself.
