Orders and payment

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to your order. If we are unable to accept an order, we will not charge you or will arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Returns and refunds

For health and hygiene reasons, food supplements with a broken safety seal may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, except where the product is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.
